"Always recommended. I met with an unfortunate accident and had PCL operated. I already met few other physio and according to their workout, I was totally panicked and stressed due to the pain level. Dr Jang came to my home, reviewed all the reports first, listened about my therapy I was already taking and I was totally panicked with previous therapy. Dr Jang calm me down and explain why I was feeling extreme pain. He said first muscle have to be improved and then only pain can be managed. This should not done forcefully either it might hurt other ligament and muscle. Dr Jang explained me every muscle function and by which excercise they can be stronger. He not only help my muscle stronger also empowered my mental strength and gave me confidence how I can be fit again. Then after 3 month of therapy I started running.
